Back in 2011, Miley purchased a home in the hills above Studio City, California, for $4 million. The villa-like property features hacienda-inspired architecture, Tuscan-like fountains, a red-tiled roof, and a swimming pool. Miley described it as having a mix of modern and old Italian country style, with Billy Ray’s guitar collection displayed in a converted wine room.
In 2017, she bought a 30-acre ranch estate in Nashville, Tennessee, for $5.8 million, later selling it in August 2022 for $14.6 million, making an $8 million profit. Reportedly, no major renovations were done. Additionally, Miley sold a different Malibu home to Matthew Wilder for $1.7 million in June 2020, after acquiring it for $2.5 million in 2016, resulting in an $800,000+ loss.
