What is Joseline Hernandez’s net worth?
The net worth of Joseline Hernandez, a Puerto Rican-American reality television star, rapper, stripper, and actress, is estimated at $300,000. She is predominantly known for her roles in VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and Love & Hip Hop Miami.
Early Life
Joseline Hernandez was born on November 3, 1986, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. At the age of six, she moved to Florida with her mother Carmen, stepfather Luis, and her five siblings. Tragically, her biological father passed away from a heroin overdose prior to their relocation. To support her family living in poverty and provide for her younger siblings, she began her career as a stripper at the age of 16, adopting the stage name Sheneliica Bettencourt.

Career
Joseline was discovered by Stevie J at the Onyx Club in Atlanta while she was performing as a stripper. In 2012, she joined the cast of the first season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta as Stevie J’s new artist. Their romantic involvement became a pivotal plot point, complicating matters with Stevie J’s girlfriend and fellow cast member, Mimi Faust. This love triangle was a key storyline throughout the show’s run, with Hernandez remaining on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta for six seasons, making it one of VH1’s most successful franchises.
While participating in Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, she released several singles inspired by dancehall and reggaeton. She co-starred with Stevie in the 2016 spin-off, Stevie J & Joseline: Go Hollywood, then the following year launched her own special, Joseline’s Special Delivery, showcasing the birth of her child with Stevie.
Amid escalating disputes with Mona Scott-Young, the show’s creator, and its producers, Hernandez announced her departure from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta during the sixth season’s reunion on June 1, 2017.

In January 2018, news surfaced that she had begun filming a new reality show, Joseline Takes Miami. However, production issues arose, and by March 4, 2019, it was reported that reshoots were being requested by the network. Ultimately, the show did not air.
In October 2019, she secured a streaming deal to create, produce, and star in her reality show franchise. Joseline’s Cabaret: Miami debuted on January 19, 2020, with Hernandez casting for its second season in May 2020.
Returning to the Love & Hip Hop franchise, Joseline joined Love & Hip Hop: Miami for its third season, which launched in early January 2020.
In February 2020, alongside her boyfriend, Balistic Beats, she participated in Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition. During the season finale on April 9, Beats proposed in front of their fellow castmates.
Personal Life
Identifying as bisexual, Joseline Hernandez has stated that she feels equally attracted to both men and women, showing no stronger preference for either.
Commonly referred to as “The Puerto Rican Princess,” she has an autistic brother.
In 2013, Hernandez and Stevie J claimed to have wed, but three years later, he confessed their marriage was fabricated for publicity. Joseline later confirmed they had a long-term relationship, but no legal marriage took place. Their breakup was documented in the fifth season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
During the reunion filming of the fifth season, she announced her pregnancy with Stevie’s sixth child, giving birth to their daughter, Bonnie Bella, on December 28, 2016. The couple has engaged in a contentious custody battle over their daughter.
In May 2019, Stevie J accused Joseline of preventing him from seeing his daughter for over a month and expressed concerns for her safety. He suggested that Joseline was unfit for parenting and insisted that his family, including singer Faith Evans, would be a more stable environment. He also requested child support from Joseline. Prior to the custody turmoil, she indicated on social media that Stevie showed minimal interest in their child. The situation escalated in late July 2019 when Stevie was set to take custody, but Joseline headed to Los Angeles with Bonnie Bella. A warrant was subsequently issued for her arrest until she complied with returning their child. Joseline ultimately returned to Miami with Bonnie Bella, who was then handed over to Stevie’s adult daughter. During a court hearing on August 15, 2019, Stevie J was granted sole custody temporarily.

By November 2019, the court awarded Stevie J primary custody of Bonnie Bella, granting Joseline visitation rights. Furthermore, Stevie was absolved of child support obligations. Learning of this decision during her time on Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition, Joseline broke down emotionally, feeling as if her life was unraveling. Fortunately, this arrangement was short-lived, and she later received temporary custody so Bonnie Bella could continue her education in Florida. This arrangement remained until February 2020, during which Stevie J continued to be exempt from child support obligations. As of now, the former couple remains embroiled in court disputes.
In April 2018, Hernandez publicly acknowledged her relationship with music producer Robin Ingouma, professionally known as Ballistic Beats. The couple got engaged in 2020, with plans to wed on December 25, 2020.
In early June 2020, she used her Instagram platform to share encouraging messages with protesters advocating against police brutality toward Black individuals, stating: “I wanted to send everybody out there love and positivity. I’ve been doing a lot of praying. I’ve been praying for the United States of America, the whole wide world. The president to soften up his heart. That’s daily routine every day. To pray for all the protesters. To pray for all the people that’s out there fighting the everyday fight to make things change for all black children, for all the black community, the Hispanic community that are like myself, Afro Latinos. We love you guys stay safe out there. Just keep the prayers up. Just keep the prayers up, alright.”
Real Estate
In 2019, Hernandez faced a lawsuit from her upscale Miami apartment complex for failing to pay her rent. Beach Place Apartments pursued legal action against her for a monthly rent of $2,056 on her two-bedroom unit, claiming she neglected to settle the payment despite receiving notices outside her apartment door. She owed a total of $2,375 in unpaid rent, along with the attorney’s fees incurred by her landlord.
The lawsuit against the reality star was dropped by the landlords. When Hernandez had not yet responded to the lawsuit in court, her landlords chose to dismiss the case.
