Born on September 19, 1974, in Brooklyn, New York, Jimmy Fallon commenced his journey surrounded by Catholic upbringing at St. Mary of the Snow. Initially inclined towards priesthood, his comedic inclinations heightened by radio shows steered him towards the world of comedy. Amidst acting ventures at Saugerties High School, Fallon’s knack for performance paved his way to The College of Saint Rose before fully committing to comedic pursuits in Los Angeles.

Professional Trajectory

Upon joining The Groundlings in Los Angeles, Fallon honed his stand-up prowess, often gracing stages like the renowned Improv for a meager $7.50 per set, hardly covering his parking expenses at the venue.

He later disclosed that he couldn’t really afford the purchase initially but wisely trusted Lorne. Following his marriage to Nancy Juvonen, they began acquiring adjacent units. For instance, in 2014, they acquired a top-floor studio apartment for $725,000. Additionally, they bought a one-bedroom apartment next door for $1.35 million a few months earlier.

Eventually, they merged the units to form a 5,000-square-foot, six-bedroom apartment. The total expenditure on five apartments amounted to $5.8 million. In March 2021, Jimmy and Nancy put up their complex for sale at $15 million. Soon after, the property was sold to actress Cara Delevingne for a reported $10.8 million.

They also own a farmhouse-style home in Sagaponack in the Hamptons, a 3,500-square-foot property dating back to the 1800s, which they purchased for $5.7 million in 2011.
