Doprah: To celebrate their just-released new album Wasting, Christchurch act Doprah are heading out on a four-date tour of the country. They’ll play shows in Auckland and Wellington over the following days, before heading South again to showcase their new songs in Christchurch and Dunedin next weekend. Find out more via Facebook.

Jeremih: With his great and long-delayed new album Late Nights officially out in the world, Jeremih is in Auckland for a quick stop this evening at the Powerstation. The show comes as part of a wider Australasian tour, and those looking for last minute tickets can find them right here.

Shenanigan: The 12th round of Sheningan sessions is on this Sunday from 4pm at Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen. Hosted by David Dallas, the latest in the series will feature DJ sets from Jordache, Mac Major, Gregg Harper and DJ Substance. Entry is free.

Paquin: After kicking things off with a show last month, Paquin continue their EP release tour at Hamilton’s Nivara Lounge this Saturday. They’ll be joined by Glass Shards and The Goth and The Pixie. Find out more here and, if you live in Whangarei, look out for the band in your area next weekend.

Ted Danson With Wolves: Sydney outfit Ted Danson With Wolves are midway through a New Zealand tour and they continue on with shows in Wellington and Christchurch this weekend. They’re here off the back of the release of their new EP Don't Tell Me What's Wrong With You, Because I Will Find Out And Tell You. It Will Make Sense To You And Work (not joking, that’s actually the name of it). If it’s the type of thing that piques your interest, head over to their Facebook for more.

Andrew Keoghan: While he’s now based in New York, local musician Andrew Keoghan is back home for a one-off show this Saturday. He’s here to preview some new songs from his forthcoming album Every Orchid Offering (if you missed it, we premiered one of those tracks last year), and on the night he’ll be joined by Auckland-based Mimsy Cable. Tickets can be found here.
